Good day to all! For a long time I wanted to post my topic on this forum. First, by the name of this monster. What is a dhampir? We open google and find something like this: "Dhampir is half human, half vampire." Dampires is generally portrayed as one with all or most powers of a vampire, with few to no disadvantages." If it is easier, then the concept of this bike is simple. Ideally, it should take the best from both kinds of transport and, if possible, not have their disadvantages. From bicycle - size, weight and the ability to ride pedals. From a light motorcycle - the dynamics of acceleration and cruising speed. All this - with weight and dimensions, under which it can be stored in the apartment. Of course, because is a...
Ok, so it was just me and 5-7Heaven, but we met at one of the fine local dining establishments, and had fun talking story about bikes and a variety of topics. It was a lot of fun, hopefully the first of many to come! I know I will be back! 5-7Heaven said people think his dual-engine beast is a figment, I have proof that it is real. :geek: It is an amazing piece of good-old ingenuity for sure! Higher resolution pics coming, but these will get the point across....I'm tired, but not tired in the bike. Wanted to have a better background (a sunny Indiana corn field), but its pretty rainy here. That also means I ain't taking for its first ride fully completed- some day I'll ride in the wet- but not the first ride! I welcome questions about what I did and how.
alright!!!! I am finally finished... It took forever (well actually four solid days and a couple of weeks on the net and waiting for shipping) but it is actually done. I had the nuvinci hub laced into my wheel yesterday and installed it today. All I can say is... WOW!!!!! Besides making my bike way faster through the higher gear ratios, it has an unexpectedly much smoother power delivery. here is a list of what I have put on the bike in case anybody is interested... 2007 felt Red Barron cruiser Zoombicycles 80cc engine kit Sick Bikes deluxe jackshaft kit Nuvinci CVP hub Ridley Motorcycles front mount upgraded plug and plug wire upgraded fuel filter upgraded air filter Dual pull brake lever (no brakes yet) Port matched intake and...
First, I'd like to thank all of the members of this forum. I found a lot of great info on here to help with the build. I also found info in the /r/motorizedbikes subreddit as well as a couple other resources. All seem like great communities of people who like to work together and share info. My build started with a Sixthreezero Around the Block men's 26" single speed. I wanted a steel frame beach cruiser style bike with some style, but also a brand with a fairly good reputation and not overly expensive. I went with the matte grey, as I wanted a little bit of contrast with the black and white. From there, I went with the typical ebay 66cc two-stroke china girl kit. The following items I added to the build: CDH Power 44T...
I finally finished my latest cruiser. Well, not quite finished yet....still waiting for my local decal guy to make me some "Hardly Davidson" decals for the chainguards. This one has a Power King 80 engine, but I engraved 48cc on the clutch cover to keep the cops happy.....and from what I've been hearing in here, it sounds like 48cc is a bit closer to the truth than 80cc on these Power King engines anyways. I haven't tried it out yet, but I plan on taking it for a run tonight. I hope it runs as well as my Dax 70. Pete
last try got deleted ??? one more time... (pics are at the 'other' place I am known to be :)) a few people have asked for pics of my not-finished-yet stretch the bike is a Micargi Mustang GTS (x-mas present) I am still mid build and am waiting for an in-frame tank---azvinnie (my son-in-law) is making it (his first time making one) the tape is to protect paint during tank fitting I have a budget of 0$, so am making it with what I have available (I sold a back wheel and other parts to finance the sprocket/adapter I got from Jim -- thanks Elmo) I am doing a lot of measuring to get everything ready for the drive train swap from my Jaguar (I need a bike Mon-Fri to take oldest grandkid to school, so I need to be up n running...

Howdy, this is my first build on a Huffy bike using a Gasbike Silver Slant engine. Was real pleased with the quality of the kit and so far it runs great but haven`t been able to put many miles on it due to it being winter. Modified the tensioner. Added another fender brace. Put a carbide light on but don`t think I`ll leave it on. Couple runs.
Hi All, Here's some pictures of my 'Rotary' 2-stroke mounted in a steel Norco frame. The kit came with rear wheel, including awesome drum brake, handlebars with throttle & choke controls fitted. I'm having trouble uploading, :???: so instead, just follow this link: http://psell.customer.netspace.net.au/rotary/
Hi guys, After a long and tiresome search ive finally picked a bike to start my first proper commuter build, Its a Fluid Method mountain bike, 21 speed, 26" wheels, disk brakes and front suspension. Dad picked it up for me yesterday, im getting it from his house tommorow. The motor will be a Z Box 49cc HT that ive had for a few years now, but with RSE clutch, billet throttle and possibly dual brake lever, and an SBP shift kit I am also getting a friend of mine to CNC machine a "200w powermax" logo into the clutch cover and put a build plate on the magneto cover similar to what the RSE 200w motors have, ive also printed off and laminated a dyno graph of 198.4w max power so hopefully these should fool most police into...
A guy brought this bike and engine kit to me. CDH engine kit. Wallmart bike. Columbia Klunker. For a under 150 dollar bike This one was pretty good. All steel solid with substantial seat and chain stays. Food for thought for those who are looking for a solid 7 speed cruiser with suspension disc forks at a low price.SAM_0844 by gary55 posted Feb 17, 2018 at 7:00 AM
