First Official Bike

This will be my first bike that I have made for this Fourm. Its a 80cc(65cc) with a pull start and a centrifical clutch. Modified muffler and front mount. Better Pictures are here. Had it out today and it runs great. Its around -2C so i am going out for only 20 mins at a time. Pictures are below. By the way I built this myself, no help and being 17 Im proud!! Also the Pipe just has ducktape cuz I forgot to attach the mufler till today and nothing is open.

Centrifical clutch? But I see your clutch arm. What up with that?
I also see your freewheel rear sprocket.
Cool.

another thing is you might want some front brakes cause the rear will just slide at high speed ( the open car door in the bike lane problem) just a suggestion to be on the safe side .larry ca by the way nice bike like those rear rack things

Nice job! That's a cool solution for making the exhaust clear the pedals and chain tensioner. May I make one tiny suggestion though? Drill and tap a screw hole and put a screw in the underside of the pipe at the bottom-most point so you can drain the inevitable build up of oil. Also, and I speak from experience about this, foyeburger is absolutely right about a front brake. With the fork you have, it should be an easy job to mount a front caliper brake (like the one on my Western Flyer in the photo below). At the speeds we can reach, those coaster brakes aren't up to the task on their own. By the way, I like the fact that you used Lock-tite. I can see liberal use of it on some pieces. I ended up using Lock-tite on every nut and bolt on my bike frame, as they just kept vibrating loose. With these engines, Lock-tite is your best friend. :D

Pull start!?

I haven't seen a pull-start conversion for that type of engine. Do you mind me asking where I could get one? I would love to have that option. Also, it may sound stupid, but I don't understand how you can pedal-start it if you have a centrifugal clutch (I don't even know if I spelled that right). Please explain. I'm very new to this whole concept, so I'll take help wherever I can get it. :)
