contemplating a Victa board tracker

First off I don't live in Australia, and finding a vintage victa 160cc is proving to be quite difficult. Secondly, is it even possible, has anyone done it here, if so and suggestions on hooking up the drive train.--I'm making a frame right now to accommodate, just thinking out loud and looking for some random insight from the fellows around these parts.
