Swapping a Huangsheng for a Honda is it easy?

hey u can call king sales on the left he can get u any size sprocket u need he says ...but he never called me back so i lost hope in him u can try see if he talks to you
Thanks Masterlink for all that exhaust stuff - interesting. Fetor56 is experimenting too he says and no doubt we'll find out soon how to get some extra oomph.
I wrote to Kings sprockets and got a short "sorry we don't have a 52 tooth" also wrote to Andyinchville and haven't heard back.
Spookytooth have a 50T but not 52T. The 50T is chrome steel and costs $12 which is cheap alright. I'm suspicious of cheap though.

i have the chrome 48 tooth and the non chrome 44 tooth here and the chrome 44 tooth as well the chrome ones look better to me but then again iam sure thats just because its chrome when iam running around town i like to put the chrome muffler on but for going to work i just keep the muffler box on ..its nice cas its not loud and i have long ride to work ,,,but it sounds like a little harley and the front wheel even shakes with the straight pipe on i just took that screw out and took the end off i sure dont understand that andy guy ( kings ) says all over he can make any kinda you need now he cant i haven't heard anything bad about spooky will you let me know how it works out john

I'm drawing up a sprocket for Andy to make me. I'll need 2 sprockets either 50T or 52T to fit over the Shimano Nexus 7 spd hubs that come with the Schwinn deluxe 7 cruiser. Apart from the hub this bike is perfect for motorising cos it has springer forks with front V-brakes and a rear coaster brake. It costs a lot of money in Australia though at $820.00 incl. freight.
I've found that the new sprockets will have to have a 64mm diameter centre hole to fit over the hub and go flush against the flange and the bolt holes will have to be 48mm out from the centre of the hole in order to clear the flange which takes them pretty far out compared to the standard kit sprockets.
I'll have to draw it all up in CAD and issue a drawing to get it made right. Andy tells me he can make me any sprocket size but I got an email before that from someone at Kings saying just "Sorry no 52T sprockets". Didn't even answer my main question. Not very good service I reckon.

Have you actually measured a Nexus-7 that has a Flange OD of less than 100mm, or are you planning to actually drill holes in the hub flange for the mounting bolts?

Yeah Oscully, I had it measured today down a phone line with a vernier scale today by someone at a bike shop and the hub dia. varies from 52 - 62mm and the flange dia. is 94mm but before I send off the drawing to Andyinchville I am meeting the Shimano rep so I can eyeball it myself. There's a lot of money at stake here (about $2000) and the architect in me makes me eyeball everything so I don't stuff up. These Shwinn D7s are perfect cos they have front brakes on a springer and only the Australian version has that. I've been looking for years for one of these without any joy but I need the coaster brake which comes with the N7 hub so I want to design my way around it and kill two birds with one stone. Bird one is finding a perfect bike and bird two is finding the perfect size sprocket for a 4-stroke.
Pity that the D7 cruiser colour in Oz is Black & white but that saves me painting the fuel tanks to match. I'll build quite a few of these cos plenty of people will want them (and only a few will get one!)
