I was tightening every nut and bolt and I tightened the nut that is right on the clutch lever and it just snapped. What can i do? am I screwed? The clutch still seems to work fine. Can I Still ride it?

Thanks

bummer.....

the clutch arm may or may not stay put. vibration will probably make the clutch arm fall off.

you could contact the person you bought this from, for parts.

you could post in Buy/Sell/Trade, for a replacement part. (with this pic) somebody might have a spare sprocket cover w/ clutch arm, lying around.

you could JB weld the area where the bolt broke, solid to the clutch arm....wouldn't be pretty...but it would hold for a while.

Looks like thats Dax has a the whole clutch control arm thingy for 9 bucks. So I would just take the old one out and put the new one in? any special instructions to keep in mind or is it pretty straight forward?

Just a little roll pin that holds the rod in, pull it out and insert new rod, then reinsert pin. Maybe put some loctite or something on it to keep it from falling out....
