Pic 4 - This shows where the boost bottles used to be installed.. tapped out 2 bungs in the manifold but when i removed them i simply joined them together..
Maybe this could be affecting it? Note lots of gasket goo...

How much slack is the cable sheath?

A fair bit, the adjusters are up all the way....

Your cable could be hanging, just a thought. I would lube it a bit and make sure it always returns all the way.

Thats what i thought too.... But even when i run it without the air filter and can clearly see it has returned all the way, it still revs crazy... When it is revving crazy the barrel is all the way down.... air leak?

Hey man, just sorting out some carb issues.. i guess thats what happens when you start modifying and tinkering with things but hey thats half the fun right?
How did you go with yours? any decisions yet?
