Yes, it's possible to run your engine on a water/gas/other liquid hydrocarbon mix. My brother has done it using the GEET setup. Here's the catches: your engine will make a lot less actual power, you'll need some sort of oil/water separator or your engine oil will quickly loose it's viscosity. You'll also have to keep your water/fuel mix above 32F/0c or it will freeze. This system has promise for older large displacement V8 engines which have ample extra torque for acceleration. On today's modern EFI engines, they simply don't have the necessary engine displacement/vehicle weight ratio to make them suitable for this system. Those older vehicles often had sub 8 or 9:1 .lbs vehicle weight/cid ratios. Here's my brothers video:
