Well I got the bike to start after about 10min of peddling and releasing the clutch....clutch is really tight so i'm pretty sure i need to adjust it.

anyhow it started i rode around the block then i hear . plating plating ting ting ting, bang! and i'm being covered in gas from the tank the motor turned sideways and the front mount broke....i'm gonna use steel straps to fix it....but i just figured i'd post up here with my progress.

wish i could post some pics....but i still dont have a camera at the moment but the motor mount is pretty bent up and of the holes is completely broken off, it was a large frame mount buteither way

Without the holes to mount something to I don't have many suggestions at this point.

thanks, but i had the same thing happen on my 110cc pocket bike after coming down from wheelies too hard. i just used steel straps on that and it held pretty well.

Be sure to let us know how it turns out, won't you?

If it works, then that could be useful info for someone down the line.

good luck with it.

I'd try to come up with a suggestion or two. But it sounds like you have an idea already.
And I can't come up with anything better.

thanks, and yea it worked...now the masterlink clip popped off lol and is lost....as for the clutch i was adjusting it and the lever on the handle bars broke!!!! so now i'm gonna have to use a regular bicycle brake lever i already set it up lol.

On mine the clamping screw broke the casting, while I was riding of course. I just drilled through the casting and used a #10 bolt and Nyloc nut.

When they say "kit" they really mean it. LOL

well i took a u clamp and fixed it....next thing was half the bolts in the kit stripped themseelves from vibrations. but I replaced a bunch with stainlesss...took the bike on a 10 mile ride today
