05 Whizzer Electrical Troubleshoot

I didn't want to piggyback on the "99 Whizzer Electrical Troubleshoot" thread, so I thought I start my own short one.

Two issues:

1 - Headlight burned on high beam for a short time, then died. Now I have no low nor high beam. Is my bulb probably bad?

2 - Turn signals don't work, but all 3 rear lights turn on when ignition is "on". Does this have a separate fuse, or more likely a bad connection or maybe a bad "blinker" module?

Horn works fine. Brake light works. Battery is freshly charged.

Is the headlight bulb a special unit not available through auto parts stores?

Hi GO, yeah the bulb is an availble small motorcycle headlight bulb, it has a flange with holes around the base.

howdy If you cant find the bulb local you can get from your closest whizzer dealer,,If none in your area you can also get it from whizzer direct 1877-944-9937..Bill

Go-rebels, what you described there reminds me of an issue I had when installing my turn signals. It was merely a case of having some of the turn signal wires connected to the wrong wires on the harness. It was a simple fix. Do you have the wiring diagram? If not, shoot me your e-mail via private message, and I'll send it to you in the form of a pdf file.
