After many miles my clutch is so tired I can't even start the thing. What should I do to replace this item? Where do I get the parts? Also, where would I source a gas cap? Thanks.

Are you sure your clutch is worn out and doesn't just need adjusting?

Have you tried adjusting?

I presume you are talking about a Chinese 2 stroke....

I thought mine was worn out after 4000 miles, and it wasn't all I needed to do was take the clutch cover off and take some fine sand paper to the friction plates as they were glazed over. And i tightened the star nut down tighter than before and it is fine now.

It is the China 2 stroke. I did not know that there was an adjustment. I will pull the cover and do that. Thanks.

to adjust the flower nut pull your cluthc lever in. this releases the presure on the nut and makes it easy to turn. 1 turn should do it, you souldnt have to sand the pucks.
