Everyone on this forum is so friendly and helpful. I'm very, very new, but have spent most of my free time reading as much as I can on this forum. And I just realized, everyone is so incredibly nice and there is a great sense of camaraderie here.
I'm about to start my first build this weekend so I've just been trying to soak up as much general knowledge and possibly learn from some of your troubles before I run into mine. But when I do, I will come running to MoteredBikes.com

Yup, a friendly and helpful community. There's no doubt whatsoever that the knowledge here helped me to avoid a costly or time consuming mistake or two when I built my first.

You'll have fun. And I can hardly think of a better place for one of these than southern CA. I'm a little jealous of your climate.
