New GEBE Robin noisy

That's the problem with the 4 stroke, too quiet.
With a 2 stroke you wouldn't even hear it.:devilish:
 
I found the EHO on staton friction to be just as loud (or quiet) as the TLE43 on an identical rig. The only difference is the tone of the exhaust, the robin sounds like a lawnmower engine... its got a nice appeal to it. Starts and runs really well.
Check the adjustment that holds the throttle cable to the carb. I found mine needed to be tightened into the carb all the way to allow the engine to idle low where it should be. It didn't engage the clutch where it was idling before but your engine may be set from the factory in a similar way. Backing off the idle adjust screw also did nothing for me before adjusting the cable setting.
