interesting little DUI story there

compared to Calif -- he got off real easy

two DUI's
accident
and leaving the scene

two DUI's here alone --
carries 2,000 fine, one year loss of license, 18 month driving class cost 1,500, possible 6 months jail

anyway Alabama is a different state -- and at times I think Calif is off the hook

getting back to your possible customer
some states have a special little clause regarding MBs and DUI ones

stating that a person can ride a MB without a drivers license
if they do not have a loss of drivers license due to a DUI

we know many who own and ride MBs because they have loss their drivers license
but
is this a good THING ??

once the general public catches on to the
drunk driver with no license just riding a motor bike
the game will be over...

just one example of many possible
we do have one DUI guy -- third offence now -- driving a HT motor bike here in town
word has it that he is still getting a BUZZ ON ???

thinking that if and when he get's caught riding his MB drinking -- that's about it for any grey area

ride the MB thing -- with nothing on our breath

One DUI conviction, Mountainman. An acquittal on the first charge means he was found NOT GUILTY.

Being charged is not at all equivalent to being guilty.
