SoCal ride June 14th 2009

Hey everyone in Cali, Having a little MB ride/bbq june 14th at El Dorado park in Long Beach. anyone close by can plan their routes if not that close bring your bike(s) by car or truck and ride around the park. so everyone on here from San Diego to north of here come out and show the MB's.

The only problem I could see is if you tried to ride them all at the same time

My motor only has about 3 miles on it but I think it should be fine. I just need to finish the build. I don't have a truck and I'm in Santa Ana, so I will have to figure the transpo out, since it is a bit far from here on an unproven bike. Anyone around me with a truck that would consider carpooling?

June 14th is the 2nd Sunday of the month.

I will post more details about El Dorado park and where to meet soon,
maybe even a map It is a great park with lots to do and right off
a river trail that goes from the sea to way up in Montebello? OK, it is really just a concrete lined channel but don't get near it when it rains......

I will be bringing my EZ bike, just gotta get it built

Looking to have a huge gathering so you have a months notice now..
Hoping to see a lot of you guys from San Diego to Santa Barbara

What kinda chow you chaps plan on servin? What might you ruffians need me to bring?

is and where the best place to meet is in the free entry section just
north of Katella Ave ......

Sounds like fun. Im in Irwindale and the Sangabriel river trail starts their. I have never taken the trail but im wondering if all the gates are open or are thereslot openings to get the bikes through. When i was a kid it took the trail down to seal beach but I remember we had to hop some of the gates to follow the trail all the way down. I hope i can have my push trailer done by then. That would be a nice ride.
