Hey guys I don't post many of my bikes but just thought I would share my latest one just cause shes so fun to ride. The bike I got off Craigs for 20 bucks put new tires, tubes and brake shoes on it and strapped a 49cc motor on her CNS carb and expansion pipe 44T on back bike chain on back, No need for tensioner anywhoo heres some pix!!! which motor?
I have a 49 cc slant head and my spark plug points forward.
Does one of us have the head on backwards, or do they come both ways?

They can go both ways its all in how you want it and how it fits in your bike.

undo the 4 bolts, turn the head around then retorque the bolts to spec, 6 mm bolts 10 ft / lb
your head gasket should be able to be reused
i have seen a few kids here who put their heads on sideways which ain't to good for the air cooling flow

works fine on the current bike, but I've got to build at least two more---one for my son to take to college and one for my brother so he can ride around with the empty nester

WOW I just wanted to say what a blast this thing is to ride a bit loud but o so much fun to ride! Not my first bike by any means but one of the most fun to ride by far.
another side note
I am yet to put lights on it yet but have reflectors, A man leaving the bus station called the cops on me but they told him to F off as there's other fish to fry on friday night later that night after leaving the bar I was in ( not drinking coffee only for me, I like to watch drunk people make fools of them self's ) there were 3 cops outside across the street rode right past them full steam straight pipe not a word !!!!!! must have figured heck no lights can hear me comin for miles but I will be putting lights on it soon.

Very clean looking install. I take it you know what you are doing b/c of whats sitting on your work bench. I like the exhaust and how the motor is mounted forward to not have to use a chain tensioner. Where could I purchase an expansion chamber like that?
Hard to believe someone would call the cops on you for a bike like that. Do you think it was because of the noise or lights?
