Have been putting it off, but need to repair this problem. Any suggestions on how to get the clutch arm screw from the end of the clutch arm when the head is broken off flush at the end of the arm. Thought about using left hand drill bit to try to unscrew the bolt, but haven't tried yet.

Here are my plans for the weekend, unless someone else has a better idea.

1 - Hacksaw the end off, slightly to the inside of the clutch cable.
2 - Drill a new hole thru the arm.
3 - Have a smoke and drink.
4 - Cut the broken arm piece from the cable with any means necessary.
5 - Reassemble

Sound okay?

Relocating the hole will increase the effort required to operate the clutch, and at the same time increase the total amount of internal clutch pushrod movement.
All in all it should not hurt a thing.
A left hand drill bit would probibly get the screw out too.

True, I work in a place with every drill bit imaginable at my disposal, but the smallest LH bit is 1/8. I need at least 1/16 or smaller. That's why I just make use of what I have around me. I'll give it a go this weekend and keep everyone posted on the ride afterwards.
