Yup - pretty much what he said. Especially on the overtightening. Just use loctite on engine mounting hardware and don't crank down too hard. 5 lb/ft of torque on an engine mount may not seem like much, but it provides a lot of clamping force!
Also drill a hole in the tensioner and use a screw pin to prevent it from rotating into the spokes after you get it set up. Make sure chain is not slack. A loose chain can jump and lock the rear tire. Not fun.
