well, i really want a chopper bicycle to put my engine on because i really like the look and i think its just a gr8 idea.the only problem is that i can not find one other than the custom ones that run up to upwards of $500....is there any site or service that i can get one from?
where or how can i obtain a chopper bicycle?

if you are looking for something similar to the schwinn OCC choppers check craigslist, i don't know about where you live, but around here those things are EVERYWHERE and they go on CL for 20-50$ all the time

Depending how keen you are theres always the DIY route, buy yourself a small MIG welder an angle grinder hit the welding videos and practise practise practise when you can weld grab some tubing and knock up your own frame. I have built a few myself and materials for the frames (tubing) is around 50 bucks a frame. You can make em till you come up with one your happy with...

I don't blame you. Like I said, I know shipping would be high. Especially the way I pack things. That's why my ad says local pick up only. It would take me at least 2 seperate boxes if not 3 to ship this bike.

Check yard sales..bought a Jessie James for $10.00. Check pawn shops.. bought a Schwinn OC Chopper for $50.00 and check stores such as Goodwill..bought a Beach Cruiser for $20.00...the seat alone at China Mart goes for $24.00...you know the big butt seats:clown2:

I got my old 20" schwinn lowrider off craigslist for $45.00 and it was like brand new when i got it.
