I just finshed my first build. It's a Wally Store Bike Point Beach Cruiser but I like it. She has a 48cc from Bicycle-Engines. I wanted to ride around to breaker her in. The motor started easy and ran very good untill after three minutes then she started squealing at me so I shut her down. Looks like I'm going to inspect the clutch and add grease. Work Work Work :D

mine did that too.

Take off the cover that covers the drive sprocket... the one with the clutch arm coming out of it. Take the pin out of the center of the sprocket and shoot some high quality axle grease or something like that in there. Should fix it right up.
