High Revving with boost bottle install

The engine feels better and smoother with a boost bottle installed (66cc), but from the first start the engine has revved a lot higher than before and idle's quite a bit higher. Should I adjust the carb needle?

The engine feels better and smoother with a boost bottle installed (66cc), but from the first start the engine has revved a lot higher than before and idle's quite a bit higher. Should I adjust the carb needle?

I found the same condition when I installed my boost bottle....Just adjust the idle screw on the side of the carburetor for now.
