A woman won a new $900.00 motorized trike in a raffle and doesn't want it. I got it for $500.00. Now the hard part....tell the wife! The proverbial you know what is going to hit the fan!! I have to call her later this morning to arrange pickup.

I haven't been able to talk to her yet. Just 1 email. So I don't know any of the particulars yet. All I know is that she works days and works late every night. I left her a message this morning saying that I would take it and asking her to call me. She probably sleeps in late with her working hours. Then it's about a 2 hour drive to get it.

Before I take it out I'll have to go over every nut, bolt and screw to make sure everything is okay. And get a helmet. Then it's run around here in our 55+ community for a test run. After that I'm up for a brew.

Sounds good.

I better get to tweaking my bike.

Nice cold beer on a Sunday late afternoon... nice people, nice eye candy, if u know what I mean :)

This isn't the one pictured above.

It is made of 1" steel tube and I have no idea what engine is on it. Need some help on that. The output on the muffler is about the size of a lead pencil! That will have to go!

I'll have to put a pull starter on cause I can't pedal it. I also have to add foot pegs.

The motor looks just like my 66cc from Boygofast. (long story there) Don't worry about the muffler. Worry about the Carb. It is mounted sideways. Aim the bowl down.

Terry, congrats on your find. As far as the pull starter is concerned, I'm sure someone out there should have one that you can retrofit. Also, Stan4d is absolutely correct about the carb. Turn that baby upright or you'll find the engine won't run right, if at all. The last thing is to make sure your front brake shoes are the best you can get, as it appears as though you only have the front brake.
