My MB is legal [Pennsylvania]

i live over in East Stroudsburg pa <north east> and can't attend a rally, and would prefer not to call. can you please explain here, how you got plates for your bike?

In Pennsylvania an "assisted pedalcycle" is any pedalable 2 or 3 wheeled bike with a 49cc or smaller engine, with 1 1/2 horsepower or less, capable of a top speed on the flat of 25MPH or less, have an "automatic" transmission(one speed or a CVT, not manually shifted), and must follow all bicycle regulations and laws. The rider must have a valid driver's license. That's it. As long as you meet the regs you don't need a registration or insurance. In Pennsylvania it's a bicycle.......period. If you wish to register it as a moped, be my guest, but it is difficult and completely unnecessary. The one catch is, they are banned from all state parks by the agency that runs the parks. I suppose with a registration tag it would be okay to ride it in a state park, but you may have to argue with a ranger.

Is there any existing document that can be obtained or downloaded that says this? I've heard this before but I've been unable to find any documentation supporting it.
I'm not doubting anyone I'd just like to have it in writing...

So I see your from Lebanon, Pa. I am too. Was curious what all this took you to finally get legal. I've seen some of your posts on another forum, was curious what finally made it happen.

So if you don't mind me asking what part of Lebanon do you primarily ride in?

I ride all over. I live on south 5th avenue.

As described, this vehicle will not fall under motor vehicle regulations. I apologize; however, I don't have any information regarding bicycle regulations. You may try contacting your local police to see if they have more information on bicycle regulations.
