Oil coming out of my breather

Hi: I am a new whizzer owner. I have a 1999 and it leaks oil out of the breather. I saw that Quenton had a fix for this. Would appreciate any help.

Also would be interested in an upgrade kit for the motor, I heard there is an issue with the valve seats coming loose, I woulld like to take care of that before it dies on a ride. Right now the bike had only 60 miles on it, but I plan on doing 35 mile round trips.
