thnx

Doesn't sound like your clutch is slipping then. Are your pads shot? Is there oil/grease under your clutch plate? Are you /sure/ its tight? When you tighten it, you want to pull your clutch lever and tighten after that, otherwise it's not tight.

There is a chance you don't have enough backpressure with your tip pulled out a bit, have you tried tightening it back down properly and then operating?

Well, common sense tells me that you shouldn't do that to your motor then!

You NEED back pressure for your motor to properly function. It's a two stroke.

If just pulling the tip out a little bit was a great wonderful thing, then they would all come that way out of the box.

the exhaust mod has nothing to do with the clutch..
the problem is the hill.
You are trying to get the bike to pull itself and you up a hill.
The clutches in these bikes are not the best and they just have rubber pads as friction material.
On flat ground the engine doesn't have to try to pull as much weight as if it were going uphill. Think of wearing plastic bottom shoes trying to walk up a wet slippery hill.
You would be able to walk fine on a wet, slippery flat peice of ground, but as soon as you try to go up a hill, the friction point on the bottoms of your shoes would increase, and slip.
Your clutch doesn't slip going down hill because the momentum from the weight of the bike and you puts less stress on the clutch.

I thought it'd be the clutch at first, he claims it's tight.

But, according to him the problem is resolved when he tightens his tip back up.

It's tough to really tell when he's only telling us half sentence/statement descriptions of his problem. :(

yep, 1/2 of trying to figure problems out is guessing because most people do not or are not able to give a fully detailed description of the problem that makes sense.
I've found that a lot of people who have problems will try to explain it but they leave out a lot of details.
so, you have to backtrack and ask a ton of questions to try and figure out what's going on.
sometimes it's easy to figure out, and other times I have no idea what the person is talking about.
Pictures and/or video also help a lot because you can not always pinpoint a problem based on the description of the problem.

hi

sorry for the low details its my fualt but currently my clutch cable snaped if not i would put a video thnx for all the comments when i get my bike running i will clean the clutch with brake cleaner and get some new gaskets cause i think my exhaust gasket is leaking and if it still does it i will just put it back to normal i might still put some pics after this post to show you guys more betterthnx again
