Jeez, this is really hard.

I want to remove the roller bearing that connects the rod to the crankshaft.

It has 3x screws in each side of the crackshaft, how da **** i remove them? they are solded or what.. :S

i cant say ive tried before...so i might just be talking with my ar$e.....

i dont think you can. it requires a press. and then you gotta press it back together, lining the two halfs of the crank up EXACTLY, and pressing it SQUARE and TRUE.

workshops that are equipped to do it charge a small fortune... and some cranks just arent worth trying.

why you trying it anyway?

The screws only hold the counter weights on the crank.
Undoing them will still not get it apart.

Headsmess was correct telling you the crank is pressed together.

You'll need someone in a machine shop with knowledge and experience to disassemble and re assemble the crank.

Just for taking of the roller bearing that connects rod to the crankshaft..

thank you ;)

Why do you wabt to take the roller bearing off?
you need a bearing there you know.
Are you trying to replace it with a different / better one?
is the one you have on there now no good?
I'm not following why you want to remove the bearing.

No, the roller bearing has broked..

So, to replace i need to buy a pack of crankshaft with rod and roller bearing...
