Here, my Cruiser "Bina", with some high perf-mods, a new front light, with 3200km on it

may i ask how long the exaust is between the exhaust header and the expansion chamber ? and also where abouts in terms of throttle do you get the "boost" effect ?

Just trying to gauge what i should do with mine as i have a 41t Sprocket and plan on making a carriage to haul groceries in so i want my "boost" to be at about 1/2 throttle so i can get up hills on the 41t

i think its near 25-28cm

The boost, dont know exactly because its very smooth along the rpm, but i think its near 5000-5500rpm..

With 36T, on flat it does me 62, 63km/h, with no problem.

Very nice.

I would be comfortable doing 50km/h :)

I believe that the shorter the header length exhaust chamber = lower RPM needed before the "boost" comes into effect.

Hmm, i think its not..

The longer the distance between exhaust port and the "expansion chamber", the booster is bigger at low RPM. Less distance, more boost at high rpm

not neccaserially(SP). size of the pipe has alot to do with it as well.

THAT is a beautiful bike! Love the exhaust pipe....

Thanks for sharing!
