Clutch Problem with clutch

Hello,i have the 66cc engine with the centrifucal clutch system and now the engine after some miles when i stop the bicycle the engine keeps to run.It looks that the centifucal clutch doesnt work,it dont disangaged.
What i must change ???

It's supposed to keep on running when you stop.

When you stop, is the engine running like it wants to move the bike. As said the engine will still continue to run, and if it wants to pull then as above the idle screw (on the right side of the carburetor) needs adjustment to cut the idle down (screw out). Working correctly you should be able to stop (while engine running) and dismount the bike.
