I suffered a twisted off exhaust bolt, while removing 2nd bolt it to twisted off. ANY IDEAS on how to fix it? PLEASE EMAIL ME I'm not to good at this forum thing. shurt55@gmail.com

The bolts are most likely 5 MM. If you can manage to get the remaining out via a drll, etc, and mess up the treads, simply use a 6 MM tap and install larger 6 MM bolts.

I would try to tap to 6 MM before you purchase a 5 MM helicoil kit[$35.00 to $50.00]. The reason is two-fold, first is cost as a tap is usually under $5.00, and the helicoil will need to use a lot more of the metal between the port and exhaust bolt holes.
