Found old frame,. what do you think,...?

I found this old frame, after checking it out I figured it was a Schwinn Tornado, build 11-20-1961 in Chicago,.... serial number K127361
I'm thinking about cleaning it up and building a bike with it,...
was thinking rear mounted fuel tank to keep the bikes original look together,...

please don't go with a rear mounted tank with that frame!
make a tank that will fit in between the top bars of the frame.
Make it a board track racer....That frame is killer!
low bars (flipped over cruiser bars), tank mounted in between the bars on the frame, 2 stroke engine, custom exhaust, solo seat, no fenders and a nice set of fat tires would looks sweet.
