First I'd go with the cheapest..what 87 octane? Anything more is just a waste of money flowing out the exhaust. I'd disconnect the kill switch and ride, vibration might be the problem. Did you use the frame as a ground? Tank may need better venting. Float may need adjusting. Sounds like it may also be fuel starvation. Oh go with a NGK plug, cap and good plug lead. I stay away from Champion plugs. In a GMC I go with AC, in a Ford, I go with Autolite and 2 cycles a NGK. lawnmowers a AC. Experience dictates.

Hey there mate, yea 91 is the cheapest fuel over here in aus Im pretty shore. I just thought I'd give 98 a shot :l I'm going to give it a go in a hour or so with 91 octane in HOPEFULY its the problem. Yea I have looked at my tank cap and its all good (fuel flows well), my float in the carb is good (sitting inline with my jet). I'm also going to cheak my kill switch today to. Grounded to the bike? Thanks for the help mates! Josh.

champion spark plugs are just about as good as having a bike with no chain.
you don't need to buy a spark plug wire off the internet.
you can get one at your local auto parts strore cheap (an automotive wire and rubber boot) which will be 100 times better than the stock one.
plus, you can get in any length so you can relocate your cdi and hide it out of sight for a cleaner look.

Yea my motor didnt even run with the stock junk.. so I got a champion off my mate and had been perla upuntill now.. As of where I am atm I cant get to any shops with plugs, leads an that. soo Im just going to try 91 octane fornow an see haw that goes! Will get NGK plug and lead next week but Im just hopeing it fuel.. thanks mate!

Got it running with nearly to no vibration =D! I read the wireing up section an I didnt have it grownded to the frame! and I also put 91 octane 25-1 Im pretty shore that was half the problem the 98..
Thanks heaps guys! Josh
