Hello everyone.

I'm new to these but I am amazed at all of these bikes.

I am looking for a replica early HD boardtrack racer bike (Pre 1930) that someone may want to get sell. I seen some but they are hard to find. I may also be interested in other build's from pre-1930...

So for anyone that builds bikes, maybe you have one you want to part with and try again. This way, we both can help each other out. You by moving on to your next project and me with a cool old bike. I never made one and interested in one all ready to ride.

Thanks and great website with ton's of info... I know I'll love learning all this stuff...

Welcome to MBc, Rob. Now that you have introduced yourself, be sure to read all you can, including the 'Stickies' at the top of every Forum. They contain a lot of information. For example, ‘Sticky’ by Al.Fisherman has 20 or so links to “How To…” threads, and important pages for you to follow. ‘Sticky’ by Anton "Forum Rules and Infractions” is a must read about how you are expected to Conduct yourself. However, read all of them, and be sure to use the search feature. Almost every question you might have has already been asked and answered someplace here. If you are still stumped with a certain problem, post your question in the proper Forum and I am sure you will get an answer.

In response to your post, I would suspect that there are numerous members you could turn to for help as you build your own 'boardtracker'; however, I tend to doubt that anyone with a bike as you are looking for would have too much invested in it to let it go for a figure in your budget. That is just a guess, now, and I am not certain, but it wouldn't hurt you to ask. Read some of the threads outlining the frustration, cost, and 'special parts' needed for the build you are seeking. I think you would be much better off either not setting your sights so high for a first build...or discuss this with one of our gurus on the subject and hope for the best. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the info and advise... But yeah, I understand... I always get the best right off the bat... But ya never know... Someone may have a old project so it could be a win/win for both parties...
