I've never been stung by a wasp - bees yes, but wasp no.
A wasp's sting is a completely different league to the simple agonising pain of 4 or 5 bee stings.
To get hit in the kisser gave me more lip than Aerosmith's Steve Tyler...
I know that you love me 2stroker, even though you may hiss, growl and spit venom sometimes, but you are not alone - field trials have proven that i have this same effect on women, (when they have moments of madness) if they don't get their way.

As a new site member I will tell my worst story: In 1953 I was riding my Solex with a passenger on the carrier and approached a four way residential intersection in a Kansas City suburb. The intersection was at the bottom of a hill and the road then went up a hill. With a 1/2 hp engine I went wide open down the hill in order to get up the other side. A car coming the other way turned directly in front of me in the intersection and I flew off the bike, my head broke one side of the windshield and my knees broke the other side (cars back then had so called "split windshields"-two flat pieces joined with a post in the middle). Long story short-I had a sore neck and back for several days but fully recovered. The driver, a middle age spinster, had her insurance give me a brand new bike-it was on my doorstep two days later. I think they were terrified that my family would sue. I was 12 and have been riding all sorts of motorbikes and scooters ever since and never had the slightest incident.
Since you are all comming back, I'll comment too, I was going kinda downhill, at 60-ish KMH (thats about 38kmh) and a hornet or I don't know what, hit me clean in my neck, the side of the throat area, i had no helmet or anything, it felt like a rock or someone shooting me with a slingshot, I panic stopped because it started being hard to breathe, i put my finger there to check what hit me, then the little f'er got mad and stung me in the throat.. Yep, then i really lost it.. i rushed back home took 2 whole allergy pills (i have to take a half daily) and laid on the bed hardly being able to breathe for a good hour.
So, what did I learn from this? wasps are evil and if I go even faster when they hit me they will probably die and not sting.
