I was just checking my valve lash, and I noticed the roller for the rocker arms (pin throught the middle), moves back and forth. Is this normal???

I was just checking my valve lash, and I noticed the roller for the rocker arms (pin throught the middle), moves back and forth. Is this normal???

The pin moves but is stopped by the valve cover from falling out.
