Two torque pipes for sale to highest bidder. Both have slightly wider header tubing which slides right over the stock header tubing (after cutting it off before the muffler). Designed to be "upswept" pipes. Both have side stingers for silent running. Both can clamp onto 15mm O.D. silencer tubing. They work best with slight porting (raised exhaust and transfers) but also work good with stock porting. You will get better hill climbing power and slightly more top speed. Shipping should be around $25 and take 2 weeks to get to you.

I made a 60cc race engine for JNMotors that starts to come "on the power" from 17mph up to 32mph. It is a ported 60cc cylinder that can fit onto the 49cc Grubee bottom end, not the 69cc (80cc). It has two boost ports and a shortened intake tract for more crankcase compression and to let the reed valve (not supplied) point to the center of the intake channel. Supplied also:
>stock piston with intake holes and transfer ramps (for broader power)
>lighter wrist pin for less engine vibration
>stock cylinder head shaved down for more compression (130psi)
>wider than stock header
>torque pipe with silencer (rifle design)
>Jaguar CDI
You need to buy the Rock Solid reed valve and a good carburetor.
If you buy the Mikuni 18mm from Treatland ($70) then ask Rock Solid to make the part of the reed valve that it will clamp onto 23mm. Follow my suggestions for the carburetor on my website.
Buy any used Honda CR high voltage coil to use with the CDI for the best spark. they can be found on EBay.
Best offer considered. Insulting offers will be cursed to everlasting flames. I have spent untold hours getting this engine just right. The cylinder lost some flakes of chrome lining when part of the JBWeld I had glued to the interior of the crankcase (for more crank pressure) came off and got chewed up in the engine. Still runs great though. I am sure this engine with a stock 44t sprocket could get wheelies (w/o pulling on handlebars) if the flywheel was lightened.
If you want to race then this is the setup for you. Competition will fall behind as you get better acceleration from corner to corner. Apex corner speed is typically half top speed which is just when this engine gets into its powerband. If you have this engine and you lose bad then heaven help you if the guys are in a jesting mood.

This photo shows how the pipe zig-zags to get tucked in more at the front so your leg has less chance of touching it.

JNMotors wants the race engine so it is off the selling block.

You can buy a pipe from Sick Bike Parts that is the most popular for this engine although it isn't made for it. (It's made for pocket bike racers). Cost is $75. Or you can make a generous bid on a pipe that is specifically tailored to these engines. Click on my signature link to read more about pipes and why mine with a baffle extension is superior.

is there any way i can buy a pipe like this? i know this one is better cause its made for this kind of engine, but i want to mount it like the sbp expansion chamber where the curve at the beginning of the pipe curves down not up towards the seat.
