new engine never started up

after much research and trouble shooting i have found that my piston gets stuck in the cylinder. i sanded the bulge i found but im still getting much resistance. It sounds like it wants to start but never has after a few times i have to force the piston and repeat. I've done that a few times but it keeps sticking what do you suggest.

Did the thought that you need to get a correctly sized piston occur to you?
May need a cylinder too?

You give no info on your engine so who knows?
