This looks like a good choice for offroad. Geared for slow speeds (20 mph max) it should do well.

I just love fat wheels.
My next bike is going to be exactly like the style pictured in the link, unless SickBikeParts gets a move on with their steel frame GT LTS replica, which i desperately hope that they will bring to fruition.
The best option would be a GT LTS replica in a fat wheel version with 4.7" tyres.

Wide "fat" tires will not work so well on a bike in the mud, snow, etc. will just slide around and get no grip, it's just for a cool look of the bike

then why does my dirt bike have a 4.50 Metzler on the back? don't answer that.
the fat tires offer a better softer ride offroad on a rigid frame than hard skinny tires and they do float better on soft ground,provided they have offroad type of tread they will outperform a street tread anyday on any offroad surface.
Been riding motorcycles offroad for over 40 years I think I got an idea of what I'm doing.

I do a bit of 4WD'ing and wide fat tyres work a lot better than narrow tyres; over all types of surfaces.
The only advantage of a narrow tyre is that it lets the winch b.itch (also known as the passenger) earn their keep for the day because the poor sod has to keep unwinding the winch cable to haul the 4WD out of mud holes.

The only place a skinny tire has is on snow covered PAVEMENT.
speaking of snow, this might be a good winter project.
