Golden Eagle repair. (how to put drive ring on new wheel, without 4n1 key)

I gave my last mechanic a 4n1 key, to install the drive ring. He went out of business and left with my tools. No one I've called in the phoenix valley has any clue how to take the drive ring and simply put it on a new wheel.

Who can I call to help me?



P.S. I'm replacing because the spokes are worn out.

I check on their webpage for accessories, but they don't appear to sell just the key by it's self.
