i is coming out where the head nuts are, i think it first started when i was trying to get my bike to start but forgot that i had the choke on. Did i flood the engine?? or something worse? now it comes out every now and then, and sometimes a little out of my exhaust.

sounds like the head needs torquing - in some cases the head studs are too tall for the acorn nuts to torque properly so washers need to be added or the crowns of the nuts need to be broken off so they work like normal nuts

What oil ratio are you using?

Some oil dripping out of your exhaust is normal on a 2 stroke.

I have been advised to "lose" the cap nuts and use nylon locking nuts. Removes all doubt.

I lowered my oil mix, but it still allows some oil to drip from the exhaust or around the exhaust port. At 5,900 rpms a bit of oil drip is always possible. Tightening all nuts usually solves most problems, but oil drip is always a byproduct of the 2 cycle!
