How is this vendor and how are those racing Red and Yellow engines? I do want the power but do these perform as well to justify the cost. Seems like I would spend more doing the extra Mods.
Would a shift kit work on this?

These engines are for racing, the powerband is too high for street use, unless you like revving the snot out of the engine. If you want a racing engine, get a morini, much higher quality.

What brand should I look at to get some good power for the street? From who?
 
Thatsdax. Good, reputable co. They have an engine that's been gone through and upgraded with high-quality bearings, gaskets, etc. Get a 66cc for the most low-end grunt (no replacement for good ol displacement) It'll cost a little more, but no more than if you replaced those parts on your own, which you'll have to do anyway to have a reliable bike.
