I sketched out an outline of a 2stroke engine from bikeberry.com and it seems to fit but i still am cautious

Umm, it seems like it fits and you don't even need the universal U bolt adapter but a couple things. The motor puts considerable strain on the bike so make sure you are comfortable with your bike integrity. Second, you have no top tube. Just be careful to not burn your leg
 
I think a two stroke will fit. I have seen them frame mounted in step-thru frames before.

Great! I was told a male frame was reccomended but from the measurements i think it'll fit, i couldnt find an exame of a steothrough frame with a 2 stroke anywhere online
