Bought a bike have some questions about adjustments

the seat CLAMP is one-size fits all, (except for them "micro-tilt" fancy types), the seat POST is not!

may have been a typo for 25:1 as well, which aint tooo bad for the oil.

lots of things make the engine struggle.... more specifics, please?

not quite one-size fits all, I had to bend out a clamp from an old BMX bike to fit the mountain bike post in my skyhawk frame

sorry, that's wrong info for clutch adjust - first adjust cable for almost no slack, then lock lever and adjust flower nut until motor trys to turn when rolling bike, now back off the flower nut till motor no longer tries to turn when rolling bike, lock flower nut and release lever and readjust cable if needed
My flower nut doesn't move at all. And yes I've removed the screw. Any ideas?

if that doesnt work make sure you have the clutch in get a scew driver and a hammer and smack it counter clock ways, then it should work

The clutch arm?

Yeah make sure that in so the bike can roller. If you have the stock clutch lever just make sure the pin is in. Then on the clutch side apply pressure to back of the clutch and try And spin the flower nute
