Making it very quiet?

I think that'd be cool too. There might be some type of silencer muffler that could possible be retrofitted somehow. I haven't seen any silencers made specifically for the motorized bicycle engine. You'd probably have to end up fabricating something yourself. It's a cool idea though!

you could build or retrofit a reverse flow muffler.
Though it's been stated here 100's of times, you can address the output all you like, half the noise you hear is coming from the intake (2 stroke), if you can silence that without messing up the mix you're golden.Silencers/mufflers and such are easy peasy.

A poo pipe helps a lot. Especially if you're concerned about making the bike more quiet for yourself, as opposed to more quiet for people a few dozen feet away.
At low rpms these bikes aren't really very noisy to the world around us. So if that's who you're trying to be quiet for, then a smaller drive sprocket could help. Just putt around at lower rpms.

This custom pipe
First off, you have a 66cc engine, there is no such thing as an 80cc, Chinese marketing, don't worry about it.
Muffling exhaust noise is all about catching the frequency of the noise in a pipe with the right size holes, and dampening it out into fiberglass. Hence the term 'Glass Pack' mufflers.
On this 66cc 2-stoke build the exhaust starts with a Sick Bike Parts expansion chamber for a power boost, and I capped it off with a full size auto Glass Pack.
Just kidding with that pic...
That was made by a decade old forum friend for fun.
It came out like this.
If you want more on that say so as I am sure I have a topic about every detail of how I did it.
The end result was rewarding, a much lower frequency muffled sound and it still hauled ass ;-}

Phantom Bikes sell a end cap silencer in their parts section. It's for the longer pipes like what they sell, not the stock pipe though.
