What happen?

with that kind of mess, I'd buy a new motor - looks like a LOT of debris got inside to trash bearings in bottom end - no sense putting a top end on just to have crank big-end bearing fail

I would defiantly take it all apart and clean it out and check the bearings replace the seals.

It's better just to buy a complete kit since all the extra parts are well worth another 30-40$
