What happen?

with that kind of mess, I'd buy a new motor - looks like a LOT of debris got inside to trash bearings in bottom end - no sense putting a top end on just to have crank big-end bearing fail

I would defiantly take it all apart and clean it out and check the bearings replace the seals.
 
Clean out debris from crankcase new piston and cylinder with gaskets about 25 bucks or like Crassus said new motor about 60-70 bucks
