It depends on the fork design. My RockShox fork for 26" wheels fits up to 700c X 32 just fine.

That will probably work just fine. I've also updated my previous post for 700c wheels. The suspension fork I found costs over twice as much as the one you did.

If using V-brakes you just have to make sure your brake pads will adjust out far enough to reach the larger rim, but otherwise good to go.

Mine has a springer and is why I bought it. I need to put the front fender back on but I have front brakes. Some said I would not get brakes on this springer. Yes in my opinion two wheel brakes are mandatory.

Indeed, NO motorized bike is safe without a brake on each wheel!
And the better they are, the safer you get!
Trust me, it sucks when you don't have enough brake.
