Hoping CulverCityClassic will chime in. Having delivered to Lynn@Custommotored.com, 27 drive sprockets I machined to her specs. we got to talking. Right now my ride is a 49cc HuffyDavidson. . Lynn told me that Jeff Wolfe was the first to stand the 79cc straight up which will be period correct to loop frame cycles. Sportsman does an excellent build also. As I live less than an hour from Lynn and she has a pretty much full service inventory.
I am going to use her EZ trans package for a 79cc build with a Worksman drop loop frame. The list does go on and I will dutifully categorize the whole build;

Another trip to Lynn@Custommotored.com this coming Saturday. I bored out 8 more sprockets on my lathe for her.
Got an email today confirming my appointment and asking me to modify more sprockets. Not all work though,
a Worksman Drop Loop frame for the 79cc Predator that followed me home last weekend will be in the truck.
A grocery list of components is being compiled.
Took a brief break at work today to make a preliminary sketch of a stylized Sportsman Flyer in frame fuel tank.
I work at a metal fabrication Co. and have befriended a master welder to TIG the assy. Said master welder is a seven build motorbicyclist, it was his ride (even in the winter in a snow storm ) that rekindled my interest in motorized bicycles.

Hey, something to think about. Are you thinking about making the entire setup dynamic enough so that if you wanted to put the 212cc on their you would be able to without taking apart the entire bike and spending significantly more?

Sounds about what my project is turning into.... A very long expensive list lol
Love to see pics???
Yeah Frankfort, but having a complete machine shop, a lot of normally purchased parts will be designed by me.
Then machined by me. I became a Tool and Die Maker before CNC and my Masters trained me well. So there ain't much I can't make if I want to.

Bakaneko,
I really don't think you have to go there (212cc). It is WIDE and heavy, sucks more gas. Remember that I am building this bike with a $379 Worksman drop loop frame. The standard frame is not cheap either. You want to get hurt?
I am 65 years young, and have done a lot of fool things.
