The big question is where will you find a high pressure container that didn't weigh too
much with enough volume to propel a pneumatic powered bicycle for a worthwhile distance.

I saw a motorcross bike being developed with such a system but it will never be to practical to power a flimsy bicycle.
They were using scuba tanks.
