No helmet. bare legs. slapper shoes.
Relatively busy street.
I like speed, but please. I don't think this is good PR.

And where is the fun in that? I have a license and I ve ridden different motorcycles (mostly 1000cc) over some years but I still started building these motored bikes and my goal is to go fast. The fun is in getting as much out of this piece of crap engine as possible. A 2stroke chinese engine on a bicycle is quite pointless means of transportation anyway. Stinks smokes vibrates and falls apart. Just get a proper scooter or something. I this Chinese bicycle stuff as a fun project and learning platform but for everyday use there are a lot better options that are probably even cheaper to operate in the long run. This is not what riding motorized bikes is all about. It is dangerous, it is illegal, and it gives responsible riders a bad name. I hope that guy gets caught and gets about $1000 worth of fines. That would be getting off easy. Motorized bicycles in my state refers to "motor assisted bicycles" They are supposed to be ridden like regular bicycles, and at the same speeds (and I don't mean Lance Armstrong speeds. He couldn't even do it without drugs) They are NOT motorcycles. If you want a motorcycle, then get one, and a license, registration, insurance, and a plate to go with it.
In a school zone is the only time 20mph is too fast. The speed limit for motorized bicycles in AZ is 20 mph, and in many cases even that is too fast.
That is completely false. There is a huge lobbying effort in the AZ State Legislature attempting to get rid of motorized bicycles.
