my point exactly. it wont catch on. people dont want to deal with fixing all that s**t. just too much. people also dont wanna pay that much. not to mention i really dont trust the chinese electronics on that damn thing. but id risk two engines for some fun, i have a full body D3o suit so i dont give a fu*k. that thing would be badass, dual wheel dual engine drive bicycle hauling up hills.

Lol you put a 50cc direct chain drive on your front wheel have fun I'll be here not dying.
It works really well, even able to perform quite respectably on a race track, Grange Motor Circuit.

I have seen quite a few front mounted engines with chain and belt drive in person and in old photos
of motorized bikes.

One member here or the other forum built a few of them.

see, and now think of two wheel drive, completely badass. two wheel drive motorized 136cc mountain bike. and is that a pocket bike motor? thats awesome. how did you get the gas to flow from the tank to the motor? a pump or a diaphragm carb?

okay, update about the electric start bullet train engine, it is being sold on spooky tooth cycles, and i just called them to ask about it and if they have replacement parts, they initially told me that they sold parts, then i asked them to direct me to where on their site the parts were located, and then said that the parts they had were for warantee stuff and that in two weeks they would have replacement parts listed on their site. i called them five minutes ago and will be posting a recording of the call in just a minute. if this is true, then this kit is really a good solution to DIY'ers that want an auto clutch and an electric start, and the ability to have decent lights on their bike.

50 seconds in the conversation starts, i just didnt feel like cutting the wait time out.

Spooky Tooth is just another web site name for Bike Berry now.
Boy, they were really great once, and single handily got MB's legal here in AZ.
They sold the business and retired a few years ago.

really? well, i guess i shouldn't hold my breath on them getting parts, hopefully the guy i was talking to wasnt talking out his a$$..

(your sig...)
got a grubee engine to learn how engines work since i would probably have to fix it. didn't think id be spending more time learning than riding though. i suppose if i replace everything on the motor that's fallible doesn't that mean i have an infallible motor?
Depends on how you put it back together, for example did you use a torge wrench to put your head back on?
I do all 4 nuts at 5# at a time in an X pattern to 20# for example.

This is a good example how a 2-stroke works with and expansion chamber exhaust for the extra boost of power.

And this this a pretty good animation of how to assemble and disassemble a 2-stroke.
