I Really need an option about this E Bike

Thought you might like to see a picture of my girls.
I bought them for $40 each USD off of Craig's List. A 34" frame LeTour and a 32" frame Huffy.
I've got less than $100 each in them including the purchase price after getting them top-notch.

The law here basically considers a MAB to be about the same thing as a very low speed commercial scooter/moped.

Do you want to have to pedal most of the time, or as little as possible?
That is the important factor when it comes to e-bikes, especially fat tire bikes.
