Hehehe, ya, Don talked to me about that and made the GT5A-ES (electric start) engine...

Just get yourself a holster and carry a 20V impact wrench with you everywhere you ride!
Just think of the comfort and new style trend! hehehe ;-}
Would an impact driver be ideal vs a standard drill?

Definitely need to do 20v though, 18 just doesn't seem to cut it.

I guess an impact wrench could be useful for taking the tires off the idiots who cut you off, just follow them to the grocery store zip zip zip zip zip...

He disables the impact part, it's the high torque of the tool I summarize.

okay, so i have been looking into the silver bullet train engine and after all my looking have found out that the company that creates these engines does not produce parts for them at this time. and i found this out by asking the ebay seller, that is the manufacturer of these engines where to purchase parts, and they straight up told me that they dont make parts, however assured me that no one has ever had problems with them. anyone else know of an engine similar enough that you can use parts from it for this engine?

It looks like Bikeberry has a bunch of parts up for sale for the new BT kit....

it actually looks like they have put a few parts up on their site. and the rest are available right from zeda.

they have listed the cylinder, various crankcase parts, and clutch parts. no electric or pull start assembly. or piston or rings, for that matter. i mean, i would've included that with the cylinder but it doesn't look like they did. and yea im with you on that Frankenstein. now i can swap out my grubee with one of those. i just gotta figure out where to put the electronics box and battery. and figure out what kind of oil the clutch should be using. it just says 4 stroke engine oil..

If they get the parts quality fixed I kinda like them too.
If I get the free warranty replacement parts they have been promising for the one I have I see a new shift kit in my future ;-}

Does bikeberry yank your chain about the parts? I would hope that they at least honor their warranty.

I didn't get my BT80 retail, mine came direct from the Chinese factory, and no, still no replacement parts or a word about when or even if I will ever get them.

I talk to them on alibaba and they told me something along the lines of spare parts not being available until later, and I spoke with them much after you recieved and installed that kit you had.
